BLUE SILK - 1982

A half-mile of blue silk was placed and tied to the benches in Promenade Park in Brooklyn Heights, NY. Installed on May Day to honor the benches and to invite viewers to sit on the silk to contemplate and celebrate the landscape before them. A dawn to dusk installation.
